I am a very lucky girl. I am married to my love, Jason, who lets me get away with not always being the best housekeeper and cook. We have two cats and two dogs that keep us super busy. I am a night owl, a yoga buff (the only form of physical activity that I've ever been remotely interested in), a huge animal lover, I travel as often as I can, and I love my family and friends.
I can't say for sure what drew me to photography, but from the second I shot my first frame and saw the print come up in the darkroom, I was hooked. Things have changed a bit for me since my days of shooting my college friends dressed up in 80's prom dresses (cringe), but what hasn't changed is my passion for what I do behind the camera.
When I photograph your family, I want to see your smiles and love, your kids' giggles, baby's wobbly steps, lots of hugs and kisses and sometimes even a meltdown or two. I want to capture your family as it is today, for you to remember long into the future. I cherish my family photos from my childhood, and I am so passionate about giving my clients those same treasured memories to keep forever. I truly am a lucky girl.
