Think of our time together as an opportunity for your family to relax and play. We'll get the traditional posed family photos, but I want to see you all just having fun too! My goal at every session is to give my clients images that really capture who they are. So feel free to just be you.
How long will a session last?
Generally, sessions last between an hour or two, with newborn sessions being closer to three or four hours. There are no time limits, so no worries about breaks for feedings or changings.
Where will the shoot take place?
I am a natural light, location photographer and our shoot can take place at your home or at a special location of your choosing. I'm always happy to work with you to come up with the perfect location to fit your family.
When should I schedule my newborn shoot?
Newborn sessions should be conducted in the first two weeks of your baby's life. Contact me well before your baby is born so that we can tenatively schedule your shoot for shortly after your due date.
What should we wear?
Dress up or dress down, I want you to wear whatever makes you feel most you! I love color in photos, so don't be afraid to wear bright colors if that's your preference. I do recommend staying away from clothing with text, characters or images as they can distract from the important subjects, you!
