Back in July, my very good friends, Lauri and Mikey, welcomed baby Finley into their family. Finley is the first baby among our group of college friends and we all love her so much! We sort of did a double session. First, when she was a wee babe and then about a month later at the shore. I can’t believe I haven’t posted these here sooner. Not to be corny, but it’s so special to get to do sessions like these for close friends. :-)

I love the shots that we got at the shore. They all have such a great, relaxed feel to them. And that light…I would kill to shoot in light just like that all the time.

I’m sure this will not be Fin’s last appearance here. Love her!

So how about a blog post! Eh hm…let’s just not talk about all the lack of blogging that’s been NOT going on here and instead we can focus on this incredibly adorable family. I loved spending a morning with this little guy a while back. He was so full of personality and surrounded by a family that was obviously thrilled to welcome their first grandchild/great-grandchild. :-)

…and of course one including the first baby of the family (who took this opportunity to do as much licking of baby and all around as possible). :-) I had a special soft spot for her since I think she bears quite a resemblance to my puppy.
