As a photographer with a husband who is pretty much allergic to cameras, I am very rarely in our family snapshots. There are lots of photos of Jason reading to Florence and walking with Florence and snuggling with Florence when she was a little baby. Me, not so much. (Although I have gotten very talented at the extra extended arm selfie, if I may say so myself.) Maybe that’s part of the reason that I’m so passionate about capturing all those special family moments for others.
